Non-Retaliation

Montagna Concrete Construction LLC strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who

reports discrimination or harassment, or who participates in an investigation or proceeding

related to such conduct. Retaliation is a serious violation of this policy and will result in

disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Policy Enforcement

All supervisors and managers are responsible for upholding and enforcing this policy and will

receive training on their responsibilities. Any employee found to have violated this policy will be

subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
